Bugs[]
In the original Baldur's Gate, the journal entry is placed in the quest section and will not clear, even if you wipe out the xvart village and the small xvart enclave on the eastern edge of the Fire Leaf Forest. In the Enhanced Edition, the journal entry is only listed in the journal section once the quest is completed.
