Xithiss is a mind flayer under Baeloth's control in The Black Pits.

The mind flayer sells wands and magically enhanced accessories. His palette increases with the party's progress throughout the various "Tiers" of the arena battles. Items from earlier Tiers will be still available later and previously purchased ones restocked.
Xithiss sells at 145% of an item's base value and buys far more than only weapons for 30% item value, at a depreciation rate of 5. Prices might be further modified through high charisma or an other-than-average reputation.
It is not possible to steal from his store.
