The Wyrm Cave is an area in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear.

It is a one-room cave that makes up the first part of the tunnels on the way to the ruined Temple of Bhaal, next leading to the Bugbear Caverns.
It earns its name because it is the nesting place of Morentherene, a young Green Dragon adult. When first arriving, the dragon is sleeping next to the remains of a deceased traveler and a nest.
If the party stays away from her, without making any noise by casting spells or singing, the dragon will remain asleep and allow them to freely move to and from the Bugbear Caverns by huddling against the south wall while moving between the cave's western and eastern exits. Otherwise, she wakes up and immediately attacks, and at higher levels of difficulty can summon Young Green Dragons and Greater Wyverns.
