The Weaponsmith is a shop in Waukeen's Promenade in the Amnian city of Athkatla during the Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn campaign.
During the day, it is unoccupied, and at night (21:30 to 6:30) you may find Maheer inside, selling his wares, including the upgrades to the Silver Horn of Vahalla.
