Gameplay[]
The wand has a range of 100' and can target a single creature with each charge.
It fires with a speed of 0 (zero), so it is almost instantly discharged.
All of the Wand's effects are set at Spell Power level 4. The wand is coded as an Enchanter School and type is "Disabling" secondary type.
All of the wand's effects can be blocked by magic resistance, but it bypasses Mirror Image.
If the target is hit by the wand's projectile and a saving throw is missed, then the target will briefly glow, A sound effect will play, the target will be suffer a Stun status effect. a text message string stating "stunned" will be shown in the combat box. After 60 seconds the creature will no longer be stunned.
This Stun effect can be removed by Dispel effects. Any spell protections that can block a level 4 spell power effect can prevent the wand from affecting the protected creature, examples include a Globe of Invulnerability and Spell Deflection. Also, creatures immune to this level of spell and item effects (level 4 in this wand's case) are also immune to this wand, for example a Rakshasa or Lich.
