Wallace is gnome merchant in Trademeet who can be found at his outdoor stall between the southern town walls during the Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn campaign.

Gameplay[]
Until the protagonist has finished Dealing with the Trademeet Genies, he has no store, lamenting only that:
"Alas, my friend. I'm afraid I have no wares to show you, the cursed genies have taken over all of Trademeets [sic] mercantile enterprises. Perhaps another time."
You will need to talk to him in connection with the Save Mazzy's Sister, Pala quest. However, during the period while Pala is recovering, his shop will be unavailable.
