Two-handed Sword, Cursed Berserking +3 is a cursed two-handed sword which bestows the wielder the status effect of berserk. It has a +3 bonus to THAC0 and damage with the Berserk status granting another +2 Thac0 bonus and +2 damage, but it has the same weight and speed factor of normal two-handed sword. It is a powerful weapon, but the character wielder of the sword can't use any other weapons until the Remove Curse spell is applied.
Description[]
“ | This is a cursed sword which performs perfectly under every test, save the heat of the battle. Upon entering combat, the wielder will immediately go berserk, killing everything within reach either calming down or falling unconscious. A very powerful sword, but one must decide whether or not it is worth the risk. Even once the battle-fury has ended, this sword can only be removed via exorcism using a remove curse spell. | ” |
