Tracea Carol is the leader of the unnamed cult that worship's a Nabassu known as Aec'Letec. She is found in the basement of Shandalar's Home, which is located in Ulgoth's Beard, during the Recovering "Soultaker" quest. After a brief dialogue, she will break the Soultaker Dagger and release the demon Aec'Letec.
