The Victor, also known as the Ring of Energy, is an enchanted ring storing several charges of a spell similar to Agannazar's Scorcher. A straight beam of magical energy bursts out of the ring towards a single target, hurting anyone on its path for 2d6 Magical damage. The beam persists for two rounds, hitting target and obstacles twice for a total of 4d6 damage. No saving throw is allowed but it yields to magic resistance.

- The two-hit beam type of attack is a feature of the projectile being used. The same projectile is used for Agannazar's Scorcher, Scorcher Ammunition and Potion of Fire Breath.
