After defeating Yaga-Shura, Melissan will tell you that you should see her ally Balthazar in Amkethran. To get there, you will first need to go through this area.

As soon as you arrive in the area, Jamis Tombelthen will speak with you and blame you for the destruction of Saradush. He and a large army of Tethyrian soldiers across the map will attack you. Upon death, Jamis drops The Answerer and a personal order from Queen of Tethyr. If you manage to stay invisible, you may "safely" walk across the map. You may also leave the area at any time. If you stay outside Jamis' visual range, he will not speak with you. Killing all soldiers will yield 138.000 XP.
