Temple of Rillifane is in Suldanessellar. It is where Gorion's Ward must set the Talisman of Rillifane, the moonblade and the Golden Goblet of Life on the altar to summon the Avatar of Rillifane.
This area map is cloned and reused as AR2812 for the post Irenicus final battle in the Hine Hells scene with Ellesime.
Gameplay[]
The party must face a group of Rakshasa defenders just outside the entry doorway to this temple.
Upon entry, the temple of the Leaflord Rillifane is seen to be taken over by several of Irenicus's invaders.
The male human mage, Suneer will make the first move and address the party. A dialogue reply is required, but shortly thereafter, regardless of what is said, Suneer promises to destroy any who would interfere with his master's plans. The enemies attack.
The mage will cast a chain of protective buffs, then attempt to cast disabling and or offensive damage spells.
The Glabrezu will advance and engage the closest party member it can reach. Likewise for the Iron Golem.
A raksasha to the east will attempt offensive damage spell casts. Any that engage him in close quarters will be attacked with spells and longsword blows.
Assuming these creatures are defeated, the party will find no treasures here in the temple. Suneer drops some equipment.
A central statue with an altar attached to the side is noticeable. It is here that artifacts must be placed in order to awaken the Avatar of Rillifane. If the party doesn't have all of them, then leave the temple and seek out the required missing items and return when they are all in your possession.
If all three artifacts are placed on the altar, a series of special effects and a cut scene (CUT54A.bcs) initiates.
The avatar is summoned and makes spoken pronouncements. It begins with:
- "** THE AVATAR OF THE GREAT OAK STANDS BEFORE YOU, MORTALS. WHAT TRANSPIRES HERE THAT REQUIRES THE ATTENTION OF THE LEAFLORD? **"

Also, at the conclusion of this event, the player's Journal will register the following:
- " Rillifane's avatar has appeared and cleared a path forward. I must go to the Tree of Life and confront Irenicus once and for all."
