The Check the Bodies mod initiates the "Holly the Elf" scenario in the Temple of Helm. Look for Holly laying sick on a bed in a temple chamber and speak with her to decide you you'd like to get a side-quest with an arguably overpowered reward - think of the Machine of Lum the Mad, and it might be even better than that.
