"Tales of my actions are spreading" is an untitled journal note in Baldur's Gate.
It might be acquired at any point of time after finishing Chapter Two – killing Mulahey in the Nashkel Mines – through the usual ways of picking up rumors: drinking in a tavern or inn, donating at a temple, or speaking with commoners.
Specifically these are:
- Drinks from the Red Sheaf in Beregost – Chapter Three and later
- Drinks from The Friendly Arm or donations at the temple of Wisdom there – Chapter Three and later
- Donations at Candlekeep's temple of Oghma – Chapter Six
