Storm Star +3 is an enchanted mace which inflicts 1d6 +4 points of crushing damage and 1d6 points of electrical damage. The weapon has -3 THAC0 bonus, a speed factor of 4 and it weighs 6 lbs. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.
This item can be acquired by pressing a certain combination of buttons and levers in the Machine of Lum the Mad in Watcher's Keep. Cespenar can upgrade this mace for some gold and the Starfall Ore.

The mace also gives the wielder 20% resistance to electrical damage. The weapon has a -5 THAC0 bonus, a speed factor of 2 and it weighs 4 lbs.
