Sprat is a civilian who is found wandering around in the southwestern part of the Lonely Peaks area. He is a little too close to a random spawn point to be engaging in polite conversation, and stands around a little too much to be a 100% convincing messenger, but when spoken to he says:
| “ | No time, no time! On the run with info! Off to Amn to report of things most dire indeed! Bandit raids increasing, iron ore depleting, and everyone is up in arms about their lack of arms. No wonder relations are strained to the brink. On my way I am to AMN. | ” |
after which he wanders off and disappears.
