This key can be obtained during Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition and Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal.
The key can is bestowed by completing the Spirit Warrior challenge in the Watcher's Keep Final Seal dungeon level.

Gameplay[]
Once the key is obtained, it is used to open one specific pedestal lock adjacent to the final seal.
The other two pedestal locks require the Mind Key and the Heart Key.
When all three pedestal locks are opened, then this unbars the wheel device, which in-turn opens the final seal connecting to a transition to the Watcher's Keep Imprisoned One dungeon level.
