This Spider is encountered in the Lower Tombs and in Pai'Na's Lair. While they have the appearance of a Small Spider, they are capable of poisoning their enemies with a successful hit, but their stats are woefully weak compared to a small spider.

- In select random spawn locations. Three of them are included in the spawn group along with a Giant Spider, a Phase Spider and a Sword Spider.
- Pai'Na's Lair
- A total of twenty in four groups of five are summoned by Pai'Na after all dialogue is complete.
