Sorrem's Note is a scroll found on Sorrem after he has been killed during The Enemies of My Friend side quest. It is the second of three notes that detail the Dark Moon cult's plot to have Rasaad killed. This note provides the emphasis for Sorrem to complete his task and receive his reward.
When the note is added to your inventory, the World Map will be updated with the location of the Dark Moon cult's temple in the Cloud Peaks mountains.
