"Someone wishes me dead!" is a journal entry in Baldur's Gate.
This entry is not related to a quest. It can be obtained during the Prologue in Candlekeep through either an assassination attempt by Shank in the priests' quarters or while Carbos tries to kill Gorion's Ward in the bunkhouse.
