Skydrops are semi-precious gems in Baldur's Gate and Shadows of Amn.
Though a very rare find, they are a valuable source of income – to fund the common adventurer's travels on the Sword Coast and in Amn.
| “ | Skydrop is the common name given to clear or lightly colored tektite material: fragments of glass of celestial (meteoric) origin, found in the vast shifting sands of Anauroch and other deserts. | ” |
