Skeleton Cleric is a type of undead priest encountered in the Forest of Mir – The Temple during Chapter Eight - this creature is one of several undead creatures which attack the party to repel their intrusion into the old temple - these skeletal beings are probably former worshippers/officials linked to this temple's allegiance to the dead god Bhaal.

Gameplay[]
This creature is an enemy combatant from the outset, and it has the innate ability to See the invisible.
The skeletal mage has brief dialogue initiated when it can detect a party member, thinking that the Ward is the long awaited "master", but then stopping short and realizing that isn't true, and the bhaalspwn is just a vessel for their master's power - and hostilities initiate.
The Skeleton Cleric will activate a chain of preparatory buffs, which aren't interruptible, then cast divine magic spells as outlined in the InfoBox, as well as the general conditions to trigger their attempt.
If necessary, the priest can try and fight in melee combat with an enchanted mace.
The creature has all the usual immunities and vulnerabilities of an undead creature, plus some extra skeleton-type protections.

The Sword Coast Stratagems mod revises the priest with increased HP, and 2-points in single weapon fighting style, as well as immunity to backstab.
A new default "smarter priest" AI is assigned, and a revised assortment of memorized divine magic befitting a high-level cleric.
Expect a pretty robust preparatory chain of protective spells, for example, Aura of Flaming Death, Blade Barrier, Entropy Shield, Armor of Faith, Draw Upon Divine Might, Magic Resistance, Spiritual Hammer, and Physical Mirror.
More offensive spells are included in this cleric's arsenal, as well as a few divine High-level class ability spells like Storm of Vengeance, Implosion, and Energy Blades.
