Sister Garlena is a Knight of the Vigil whose task, along with the other knights, was to keep the 'Imprisoned One' trapped in Watcher's Keep.

Gameplay[]
When you arrive at Watcher's Keep, Sister Garlena will be waiting below the looming structure. The player must initiate dialogue, and it should be their leader Odren. Once dialogue is underway, at some point he'll ask you to perform a ritual to fortify the seals that hold the Imprisoned One beneath the keep. If the party agrees, the knights will then escort you to the top of the fortress (in a cutscene move).
Sister Garlena has a few interjections during any conversations with Odren. If the player accepts the quest to assist the Knights with their needs to reinforce the wards within Watcher's Keep, She'll offer the party an invitation to peruse her goods for sale, and trade.
Be aware that she will leave once the Watcher's Keep quest has been completed, so make any trades and purchases before than occurs.
If the party ends up in combat with Garlena she'll have access to both Cleric and some Druidic spells, as outlined in the InfoBox's scripted spell use.
Garlena is unarmed and won't engage in melee combat.

The Sword Coast Stratagems mod makes some revisions to Sister Garlena.
She is provided with a new memorized repertoire of Divine spells (No Druid spells included). A smarter Priest AI is assigned. Her initial buffs include: Regeneration (spell), Blade Barrier, Armor of Faith, Magic Resistance (spell), Spiritual Hammer, Protection From Fire (priest), Righteous Magic, Physical Mirror, Free Action (spell), Chaotic Commands, and Aerial Servant.
Although she isn't armed, Sister Garlena preps with a Spiritual hammer spell, so she'll be able to wield that.
A ready to use potion is scripted for use to boost abilities.
If the Spell Revisions mod is installed, those spells will be the SR versions.
The Tweaks Anthology mod has a Unique Containers Colors and Names option (Miloch), which fixes issues with containers and stores. Garlena's Potion Case and Gem Bag are updated with their "gold" version. See an image here.
