These four Shadow Thieves are encountered inside the Shadow Thief Guildhall during the events of Chapter Three only if Gorion's Ward has joined with the vampires in the guild war.
The first floor shadow thieves are present regardless of whether or not Gorion's Ward has agreed to rescue Palern Flynn, while those encountered on the second floor are only present if the rescue attempt is undertaken.

Gameplay[]
All three of the human shadow thieves will attack with their swords and the FLYFGT03 thief will not use the equipped shortbow. The elf will cast her progression of spells before attacking with her darts.
