The Sewers Exit appears if Gorion's Ward was able to prove their innocence to Schael Corwin in the Abandoned Sewers & Caverns. If Schael believed they were innocent, a cutscene will start with Minsc, Dynaheir, Khalid, Jaheira and Imoen — or as many of them can, if any are dead — reuniting with Gorion's Ward and progressing onward to The Ambush.
