Sempek was a human warrior from Daggerford who joined the Coalition to fight against the Shining Crusade of Caelar Argent. During that time, he was under the command of the gnome Pritchard Gardnersonson, an experience he found so intolerable that he and his friend Damius began plotting to murder their commanding officer.
