The Sea Charts are a quest item that must be "procured" before Gorion's Ward and party can begin the "knowledge-recovering" mission for Mendas. The charts are in the possession of Captain Tollar Kieres who is located in the Merchants' League Counting House. They can be obtained by getting Captain Kieres a jug of De'Tranion's Baalor Ale, or by simply pickpocketing them from his person.

- You can still complete The Sea Charts side quest even if you pickpocket the charts from the captain.
- Halbazzer Drin in Sorcerous Sundries, Thalantyr in High Hedge Estate, Winthrop in Candlekeep Inn, and the bartender in Feldepost's Inn are the only individuals that will buy the charts from you.
