The Scepter Gem a component stone to be added to the Scepter of Radiance. There are three of these gemstones available in the Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal portion of the game.
All can be obtained on the Watcher's Keep Teleport Maze dungeon level.

Gameplay[]
All three individual Scepter Gemstones are required to restore the Scepter of Radiance.
The rebuilt Scepter of Radiance serves as a "key" to unlock a portal gate on the dungeon level that will connect to the next lower reaches of the keep.
The fiends Tahazzar, Ka'rashur and Aesgareth each have possession of one of the gems. Gain these gems through force of arms or perhaps using negotiation - or other skills.
