It is a +4 enchanted weapon that inflicts 2d4+4 Slashing damage and provides a 4-point THAC0 bonus to hit.
Each successful strike will expose the target to a pair of Status Effects, that are determined randomly on a d100 probability:
- 0-50% - Inflict a cumulative -1 penalty to Constitution and Poison the target for 5 poison damage/round.
- 51-100 - inflict a cumulative -1 penalty to Dexterity and a Slow effect.
A Saving throw vs. Breath with a 4-point penalty negates these effects.
The duration of these effects is 1 turn, and they bypass Magic resistance, Power level protection, and aren't removed by Dispel Magic.
The Poison damage won't be applied to creatures with poison immunity or those with 100% Poison damage resistance.
