Rylock is a Harper who guards the door to the Galvarey Estate in Athkatla's Docks District.

After bringing the Poisoned Man to his Friends here at the "so-called" Harper Hold, speak to Rylock. The injured Renfeld will be grateful for saving him, and the party will be rewarded.
This will also open up the next side quest from Xzar.
Note: Killing or harming Rylock will terminate two questlines. Much potential experience and gameplay will be lost, for little gain.
