Rogues are members of the thieves' guild in the city of Baldur's Gate. They operate out of the multitude of houses, located just north of Sorcerous Sundries in East Baldur's Gate, which serve as the thieves' guild headquarters in the city.
Inside the headquarters there are four standing in the large central room of the main area along with one each in the two adjacent, rectangular-shaped, smaller rooms that exit to the front houses. Four more are acting as guards in each of the four front houses that face the street.
There is also a Rogue standing inside the Shop of Silence.
