Once you've found the book, she'll offer you either 80

Currency in the Baldur's Gate series. (Reaction <= 14) or her scroll of Protection From Poison (Reaction >= 15) for it and the party receives 900 XP. The protection scroll can also be pickpocketed from her instead.
