Reginald is a half-orc Wild Mage living in the Hidden Refuge. According to Neera Hayes initially didn't want to offer him sanctuary at the refuge on account of his temper. Changing the Damaran tribesman's name from Ruglurr didn't solve his issues. If Gorion's Ward doesn't help him quell his temperament by accepting his challenge to a fight, without hitting back, he's found dead in his cage in the Red Wizard Enclave during the quest Neera's Hidden Refuge. Else he gives The Brick as a reward when returning to the refuge.
