Rania is an adult female human introduced by an acolyte of Helm, Lathander, or Talos during the Cleric Stronghold questline.

Gameplay[]
Rania speaks with the Ward, which is the third of several tasks/duties assigned by the Ward's current temple acolyte - in the journal it is titled "A crisis of faith", or perhaps "A faithless heretic" depending on specific temple circumstances.
Rania's faith is in doubt and needs some guidance for her lack of faithful convictions - and she explains her current situation.
The Ward must listen, evaluate, and then reply back to Rania which advice would be the best for her circumstances, crafted by the core teachings and ethos of the church.
Rania will take the advice to heart and leave the temple to go and put that advice into action, or in some cases might not even survive the encounter (Talos). Assuming she is allowed to put the advice into action, then a day later Rania will be back inside the Temple and report to the Ward how things went with the advice.
The reaction and dialogue from Rania will reflect the advice given to her - she may be pleased, satisfied, or something very different.
