This article is a Ramazith is a mage and the owner of Ramazith's Tower in North Baldur's Gate. Among other things, he is the mage who summoned green slimes in Ye Olde Inn. If Gorion's Ward hasn't freed Abela yet and approaches his tower, he will address the party and ask them to bring him the nymph from the house of the mage Ragefast, and then retreat into his tower. Otherwise, the party can find him waiting inside his tower, furious that they released his desired nymph. In this last case though, where the party has released the nymph prior to meeting Ramazith, don't enter his tower for the first time while invisible (or in stealth mode) because doing so will make Ramazith disappear from the game after a split second (there has to be a visible party member to whom Ramazith will speak).
Quests[]
- The Captive Nymph ~ Ramazith asks Gorion's Ward and party to free Abela from his rival, Ragefast, so that he may 'take care' of her. He needs her for spell components, though he will not admit to this until they bring him Abela.
Pickpocket[]
In pre-EE versions of the game, his precious Amulet of Metaspell Influence and Ring of Protection +2 can be acquired from Ramazith three separate times. The first time he can be pickpocketed when he approaches the party outside his tower with the job offer. He can then be pickpocketed a second time once he's on the ground floor of his tower. Lastly, challenge him to a fight, which causes him to teleport to the top floor of his tower. Kill him up there to acquire the ring and amulet for a third time.
In the EE version this is fixed, it is only possible to get one instance of these items. [1]
