Raiken is a Blacktalons lieutenant in charge of a small party of bandits that are scouting around Peldvale in Baldur's Gate. He and his crew can be found by Gorion's Ward and party during Chapter Three, immediately after the events within the Nashkel Mines.
Raiken is one of two bandits, the other being Teven in Larswood, who can be convinced to escort the party to the Bandit Camp as infiltrators. Between the two, Raiken is the more personable and gullible, and upon reaching the camp under the guise of recruitment, there will be an opportunity for the party to converse with the camp's leader Tazok. This will grant the party a couple different options, most likely leading to the successful infiltration of the camp.
When speaking to Raiken with a character of STR ≥15, picking dialogue option 3 is one way that allows you to infiltrate the camp.
