Potions of Genius raises the intelligence of the drinker by 4 points, however, it will not raise it above 25 which is the maximum intelligence. This effect will last for 15 turns or until dispelled. The bonus is cumulative when drinking several of them, and also stacks with the intelligence bonus from a Potion of Mind Focusing.
