Potion of Fire Breath transform the throat so that is possible to shoot a firebreath towards the target in an arc.
This is essentially a more powerful version of Agannazar's Scorcher that, however, needs to be cast in melee range (though the character can move immediately after using the potion). This does not bypass Magic resistance, but it has a power level of 0 (the maximum possible), meaning it can hit Liches and Rakshasa and can't be turned by Spell Turning.
