Sergeant Pelanna is a Shadow Thief who trains recruits in archery at the Shadow Thieves' Guildhall in the Athkatla Docks district. She is found inside the secret hideout in the training area that resembles a city street, working with a trainee.

She is rather gruff in her dialogue, as befits her rank, but will direct you to Aran Linvail's quarters if you haven't already been there.

She also seems to take a rather dim view of Aran's mistress Tassa, but Tassa will intervene if you tempt Pelanna into a fight.
