Pearls are valuable gems, which appear in Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.

Where to acquire[]
Baldur's Gate & Enhanced Edition[]
- Along the left edge of the westernmost patch of plowed earth in Nashkel, there is a tiny patch of dark dirt or grass that can be looted when the cursor is placed over it. This small cache is located just south (roughly 2.5') of a tiny pine tree along the edge of the field, and consistently contains both a pearl and a set of ankheg plate mail. Holding the 'Tab' key will highlight it
- All Sirines carry a single pearl. The easiest places to acquire them are the Song of the Morning Temple (where they must be pickpocketed) and the Lighthouse, where non-hostile sirines can spawn while resting
