Palin is a hunter who is found standing alongside another hunter named Balquo outside the cabin in the Cloakwood Lodge area during Chapter Four. Gorion's Ward discovers that he and Balquo are providing backup for Aldeth Sashenstar during a confrontation between Aldeth and an arch-druid known as Seniyad.
