The Pale Green Ioun Stone is an ioun stone which gives the wearer 10% more to maximum Hit Points and provides a bonus to THAC0 by 1. This item appears in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn and the equivalent section of Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition, where it's dropped by Pai'Na in the dungeon underneath Athkatla Graveyard. In the BG2EE game edition, Pai'Nai does not have this item in her inventory, but it can be found in a container in her lair.
