The Page from Sarevok's Notes is an information scroll from Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear. It is concealed in a secret chamber in Korlasz's Tomb, and contains memories from Sarevok whilst he was studying the information hidden there by the Korlasz family. It serves as a clue to find the secret room in the Ruined Temple of Bhaal near Boareskyr Bridge, which will grant access to the Fractal Blade.
