Oris Nimlefinger a male halfling character that can be found on the streets of Saradush during Baldur's Gate II Chapter 8 - he' s located just outside the main doorway to the Temple of Waukeen.

Initiate dialogue with this fellow if desired.
Ask him a question or two, however the little fella isn't too interested on expounding on his history, even though he admits he's got bhaalspawn lineage as well.
In fact, if a party member says, "Can I ask you a few questions?" - the halfling replies with just wanting to be left alone, then scurries off, leaving the map and never to be found again (end of encounter).
He's not happy about his situation and would rather blend in with the normal folk. He doesn't want anything to do with the Ward and party at all - he's just a farmer that who's future isn't bright, due to the bhaalspawn association, and he knows it.
