Ordulinian is a cleric in Baldur's Gate who can be found on the ground floor of Sorcerous Sundries in East Baldur's Gate.
He has no high opinion of necromancers, especially Arkion and Nemphre, and will warn the party to stay out of their business, perhaps even making a proposal how to bring an end to their feud.

Towards a party with a reputation of at least 15, Ordulinian mentions Nemphre's Onyx Ring and Arkion's Bloodstone Amulet, and how each of them wishes to obtain the item in possession of the respective other.
Note that this is a potential one-time offer: if the party's reputation isn't high enough when he's spoken to the first time, the quest can't be obtained.
If the items are brought to him, he'll reward the party with a cloak of non-detection.
