This quest is obtained by talking to Nadine in her house east of the fair in central Baldur's Gate. She will ask Gorion's Ward to deliver an amulet to her son Euric who has run away. Euric can be found in an unnamed inn in southeast Baldur's Gate. If you give him the amulet from his mother he will admit that he ran away from home, but he will also add that he doesn't want to return yet. After that, return to Nadine to claim your reward.
