Nüber is a character in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear. After many repeated dialog conversations, he will eventually remember that he left his boot in his house. You will earn 1,000 XP for your perserverance. With force-talk and the space key, you can rapidly progress through his conversations and move on without too much annoyance.
Alternatively, if you kill the man before he has finished his set of talks, he will rise again as an undead, and continue talking to you. If you kill him again (before being rewarded with the aforementioned 1,000 XP for your patience), he will rise once more, still capable of speech. As the sum-total of all three Nübers is worth only 250 XP, it is more lucrative to just listen to him to the end. Killing him is therefore for pleasure, not profit.

Trivia[]
He is likely a homage to Noober and/or Neeber from previous released games.
