The Mummy is an undead creature that retains some of its living heritage, memories and intelligence. They inhabit forlorn and hidden tombs, crypts, and similar places far from the light of day. They are aligned with evil; corrupted and embittered by the process of transitioning to undeath, whether willingly or unwillingly.
This mummy is encountered on the Watcher's Keep – Adventure Level (Spirit Warrior) area.
The three creature codes referenced in the InfoBox relate to an "appearance" of different versions of a Mummy that might be encountered by the player's Gorion's Ward avatar, the Spirit Warrior.
Gameplay[]
The mummy version encountered is determine by the script, and factors in certain actions taken previously by the Spirit Warrior on the Adventure Level.
There are three possible Mummy versions the Spirit Warrior can face, and they have different THAC0 and Hit point levels, the only relevant creature stats in this encounter.
The mummy's actions are controlled by cutscene scripts, and these creatures are not traditional enemies found in other places in the game.
As the contact with this creature only occurs by the scripted Spirit Warrior actions, the Mummy isn't actually "real" as related to the player's corporeal party characters.
