In Morning Report, Sallo is too drunk to deliver a Full Wineskin and the Morning Report to Commander Dreon. As such, Nan and Pedro want someone in a Crusader Uniform to deliver them to their commander.
Nan directs the party to an Empty Wineskin which are in the adjacent barrels. The Empty Wineskin can be filled by the same barrels.
Nan also mentions that Morale Officer Deneld has a copy of the morning report. If you ask him for the report, he will provide the report. If you do not ask him for the report, he will not provide the report.
The commander requires both the Full Wineskin and the Morning Report.
Once he has both, return to Nan and Pedro for 6,000 XP, one Elixir of Health and one Potion of Absorption.
