Minister Lloyd Wainwright is the mayor of Imnesvale located in the Umar Hills during the Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn campaign. Gorion's Ward first encounters the Minister near the village fountain, with townsfolk pressuring him to solve the crisis of their missing villagers. Afterwards he can be found in his home.

After the opening scene at the fountain plays out, you can talk to him in his home. He will give you more detail on the crisis and warn you that he "already hired the famous knight, Mazzy Fentan, and her troupe...but they haven't been back." He also suggests a few leads to follow, including:
- Speak to Madulf the ogre and his beasts, to the north
- Check the Ranger-Protector Meralla's cabin to the west
- Check the older abandoned cabins in the hills
For killing the Shade Lord, he will reward the party with The Night's Gift armor and 100 
.
Bugs[]
- While Minister Lloyd is supposed to disappear briefly to talk to Madulf, he may disappear at other times as well, possibly blocking some quests.
- To fix the issue, enter his home and then, from the Console, enter
CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("UHMAY01") and he will appear.
