The Merchants' League Counting House Guard's can be found on the first floor inside the Merchants' League Counting House. There is a total of seven milling about and they all say the same thing when approached. They will only appear, along with their commander Ulf, if you have undertaken The Sea Charts side quest for Mendas. Otherwise Jacil and his Blink Dogs will be waiting to greet you when you first enter the Counting House.

Notes

• Even though there are three guards (1, 2 & 7) with the class of Thief given to them, they have the same stats and armor (chain mail which is prohibited for a thief) as the four Fighters. Guard 7 even wears a helmet which is also prohibited for thieves.
